Eurocapital Bulgaria AD owns a number of real estates. They include Interhotel Bulgaria in Bourgas, several office buildings in Sofia and Varna, etc. In October 2007 the ownership of company’s share capital was transferred from Petrol AD to Petrol Holding AD. As of 31 December 2007 Petrol Holding AD owns 63.08% of Eurocapital Bulgaria AD’s share capital;

BPI EAD owns real estates, including the building in which the head office of Petrol AD in Sofia is situated. In October 2007 Petrol AD sold its interest in BPI EAD to Petrol Holding AD and at the end of 2007 Petrol Holding AD owns 100% of BPI EAD’s share capital.
