The production activity of the Group includes generation and sales of electricity produced by a hydro power plant, bottling of mineral water, production and distribution of soft drinks and publishing. It is carried out primary by:

Bottling Company Izvor AD, a joint-stock company specialized in bottling of mineral water, production and bottling of soft drinks, domestic and foreign trade. The water is extracted from a mineral spring near the town of Kavarna under the 20-year concession granted by the Ministry of Environment and Water. Petrol Holding AD is the owner of 99.998% of BC Izvor AD’s shares;

New-Co Zagora EOOD is engaged in production and sale of electricity generated by its own hydroelectric power plant. In July 2007 Petrol AD sold its interest in New-Co Zagora EOOD to Petrol Holding AD. As of 31 December 2007 100% of company’s share capital is owned by Petrol Holding AD.
